Course Objectives
1. Partipants will learn the barriers to positive communication in the workplace and develop how they will approach difficult conversations to increase the likelihood of a positive outcome.
2. Conflict in the workplace is inevitable and can be healthy. Using roleplay and feedback, participants will develop modalities to make conflict positive.
3. By learning the types of communication and the process of communication, participants will learn how others receive various types of communication and develop a process to positively meet the objectives of the conversation.
