Participants will gain hands-on guidance through live demonstrations and practice sessions.

Upon successful completion of the course the student will be able to:

1. Understand the role of the vagus nerve in the autonomic nervous system and its connection to trauma and PTSD.

2. Learn and apply somatic mindfulness techniques to enhance vagal tone and resilience.

3. Develop hands-on skills in bodywork techniques specifically targeting the vagus nerve to support trauma healing.

Integrate these techniques into a therapeutic massage practice to help clients with trauma-related symptoms.
