Course Overview
This six-session course builds on prior learning to develop advanced leadership skills for nonprofit executives operating in complex and evolving environments. Participants will explore high-level topics such as adaptive leadership, strategic innovation, financial sustainability, major fundraising, governance excellence, and crisis leadership. Throughout the course, participants will strengthen their ability to lead organizations through growth, uncertainty, and change while maintaining mission focus and public trust. They will gain practical tools for long-range planning, decision-making, and building high-performing boards and partnerships. The course concludes with a focus on reputation management, stakeholder confidence, and leading through crisis—equipping participants to guide their organizations with clarity, resilience, and influence.
