Introduction to Lean Principles, Strategies, and Techniques (Lean 101)

A Lean implementation will reduce product cycle times, excess inventories, excess floor space, defects, set-up, and other hidden process costs. This training is designed to be highly beneficial in any industry or environment. Intro to Lean will provide a broad overview of the Lean methodologies as they are brought to life through exercises and real-world stories.
