Basic Life Support
The AHA's Heartcode BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel in a clinical setting who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. E-Learning component of BLS blended learning, this course uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students BLS knowledge and skills. Who should take this class?
Medical Professionals, Doctors, Nurses, EMS Personnel, Dental Professionals, students of medical professions entering a clinical experience (such as Respiratory Therapists, Nursing, Cardiovascular Technicians, Dental Hygiene), or anyone required to have the Basic Life Support (BLS) level, certification by their place of employment or license/certification, and students.
